Open qPCR is an open source Real-Time PCR machine implementation. It is based on the Beaglebone Black processor, and a unique solid-state optical architecture. The qPCR machine is capable of processing 16 samples at a time, and single and dual channel versions are available.
History
Open qPCR began as a successful Kickstarter in 2014, raising more than $200,000 USD.
