Shojinmeat Project works to democratize cellular agriculture by teaching ordinary people — including students — to grow cultured meat at home or in school using commercially available materials, rather than specialized lab equipment.
The project runs recurring public events and workshops at BioClub Tokyo, with sessions scheduled into early 2026.
